Here are two of the items I made while recycling High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Plastic. The smaller one is a Koga style defensive tool which can be used in the fist for a hammer fist or a ridge-hand style strike to increase striking power and reduce risk of injury to the hand. The larger one is a Dart style defensive tool which can be used as a stabbing device for self defense. The plastic is super hard and the point is very sharp. HDPE is not only very hard, but it has a high melting point, which means you can shape it with power tools with much less risk that it will melt while you're shaping it.
