I turned 30! I kind of can't believe I'm 30 already! Here's a look at my birthday weekend. We celebrated with my dad Friday night in St. Paul, MN at Bulldog restaurant. Then Saturday, we did a little bit of shopping, then met friends for dinner at Bluestem Bar in Minneapolis, MN, which had the most amazing vegan food and dessert! I highly recommend this place for vegans and no vegans. So delicious! On Sunday, my actual birthday, we built a sofa table (almost finished) and I organized and freshened up my closet! (Yep, real name.) I was born and raised in Minnesota and currently live in Minneapolis with my husband, Joel, and our cat, June. Joel and I just got married this past February and a few months before that we bought our first home! It's a fixer upper and we've been working most weekends fixing up the place! Our place is coming along slowly and I love documenting the progress on my YouTube channel. I'm also a happy vegan and love sharing easy vegan recipes with you guys!
