Mine is loaded with lots of bold flavors, including fresh tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, and jalapeno. Yum! RECIPE: Ingredients • 2 medium tomatoes, with cores scooped out, diced • 1/4 red onion, diced • 1 clove garlic, minced • 1/2 fresh jalapeno, minced • handful fresh cilantro, chopped coarsely • juice of 1/2 lime • salt, to taste **NOTE: Recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, etc.** Instructions 1. In a large bowl, stir together the tomatoes, red onion, garlic, jalapeno and cilantro. Add the lime juice and stir again. Taste and add salt, if needed. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
