Make this ridiculously simple 2 minute microwave chocolate cake and you're on your way to chocolate bliss! RECIPE: Ingredients • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder • 3 tbsp flour (can also sub whole wheat flour if you'd like) • 3 tbsp sugar • ¼ tsp baking soda • ¼ tsp salt • 1 tsp vanilla • 3 tbsp oil (I used canola here but you can use melted coconut oil too!) • 3 tbsp lowfat milk or non-dairy milk Instructions 1. In a mug, combine cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt by stirring with a fork. Add the vanilla, oil, and milk and stir again, making sure to get rid of any dry-ingredient clumps. 2.
